n      Our players shall always be given the correct advice – in both sporting and financial matters.
n      We use capable lawyers in dealing with contract matters.
n      In connection with transfers we will seek solutions which are satisfactory for all parties.
n      We will co-operate with foreign agents who have the same high standards of quality, honesty and accessibility.
n      Our web pages will be highly functional and informative for all interested participants (players, trainers, clubs, agents, the press).  

Honesty

We will conduct ourselves with honesty in all connections. This means that: 
n      we will always give players and trainers the advice which is most advantageous to the players in the long run
n      we will always give the financial interests of players and trainers higher priority than our own earnings
n      we will always inform the player or trainer of all offers or enquiries received, also from other agents, even if this results in lower earnings for us
n      we will always give clubs our honest opinion of the quality of players and trainers, and will co-operate as far as possible with trainers at international level with regard to assessing players’ quality
n      we will always allow clubs and agents to benefit from information to which we have access. 

Availability

n      We will be available to clubs, trainers and players by telephone between 8 am and 11 pm, 7 days a week.
n      We will respond to all enquiries by telephone or e-mail on the same day, normally within three hours.
