AS Support is a Norwegian consulting company founded in 1991, whose head office is in Trondheim. Up to 2008 we have assisted Norwegian businesses in the fields of organisational development, training, sales development, marketing, leadership development and recruiting.

Since the spring of 2008 we have also offered advisory services for handball players. In addition to consultancy services we have also carried out market surveys, personnel studies and company analyses. We have considerable experience in interpreting results, carrying out analyses and preparing strategies and plans of action. 

Since 1995 we have provided training in personnel profiling to a number of companies and since 1998 we have been certified in the use of DISC Analysis. We have also used DISC Analysis in the field of sports to provide trainers with the necessary information about individual athletes for efficient leadership and motivation. We are also currently involved in a number of Internet projects, focusing not on functionality and design, but on what is most important: encouraging users to use the web page actively. We are also in the process of building up unique skills in the use of web TV in the marketing and reputation building of companies. 

We also have good international contacts, enabling us to assist in recruiting personnel from abroad, not only in the field of handball.
