We have extensive experience of consultancy in the fields of personnel development and leadership development. We have also developed a range of tools for use by managers. In organisational processes, we manage projects in a similar manner to technical projects, so that the results are obtained more rapidly and the projects are completed within agreed deadlines. We have a reputation for being honest, direct and pleasant to work with. We believe these three qualities are necessary for making essential changes leading to positive results. We are currently in the process of testing a web-based satisfaction analysis which provides a significantly more detailed picture of the internal conditions in a company or organisation than the majority of climate studies on the market do. We believe that satisfaction is a key word in the development of all businesses, organisations and teams. Based on the analysis, we assist in creating greater personal satisfaction in the workplace. We have also developed a number of useful tools, including: Positive Start – a comprehensive range of activities applicable from the identification of the need for recruiting to the completion of the trial employment period. This includes a guide to questions for use in interviewing and reference acquisition, training programmes, forms for use in employee appraisal interviews during the trial period, and so on. This improves the effectiveness of the trial period and provides the company with the necessary procedures in the event that it does not wish to employ a candidate upon completion of the trial period. The majority of companies will find this programme very helpful. In contrast with many sports managers who offer their skills to commercial companies, we are able to combine the best skills from the fields of sports and commercial organisational development and leadership. We do not provide lectures, but development which leads to results.
